It is the policy of Dynamic Construction Inc. to strive for the highest safety and health standards on all of its projects. Safety does not occur by chance; but rather is the result of careful attention to all company operations. Employees at all levels must work diligently to execute the company’s policy of maintaining occupational safety and health.
Education and training are the cornerstones to an effective safety and health program. In order to meet current OSHA safety and health regulations, all Dynamic Construction employees are ComTrain certified in tower safety and rescue techniques. All crews are equipped with the most up to date RF monitoring equipment. All employees are certified by the American Red Cross in First Aid and CPR. Dynamic Construction provides its employees with OSHA 10hr and 30hr construction industry safety training. Dynamic Construction employees are Andrews, Comscope, and RFS certified. In addition, we have Anritsu line sweep certified employees in house.
Dynamic Construction Inc. is an active member of NATE and a proud participating member of the Region V NATE/OSHA Tower Erection and Maintenance partnership. This partnership requires participating companies to adhere to best practice standards for all tower erection and maintenance activities.
